    Quality Assurance

    Our professional technician will maintain the large format printing machine every now and then; this is to ensure the printed artwork is the best in quality and also the accuracy of colors.
     
    Large format printing uses CMYK color range as the color standard, there will only be a slight difference when the artwork is printed on different material and also same artwork exporting at different specifications may have 5-10% difference. We will use not less than 80% CMYK color range so as to achieve the standards (computer screen displaying CMYK color range cannot be used for matching purpose)
     
    If customer has strict requirements to the accuracy of colors, matching of colors or color adjustments, please provide us a draft (details can be found on website technical support – color requirement)
     
       

    Warranty & Exchange Policy

    We promise one to one exchange for any product/printing defect & serious colour issue based on the following.

    Please submit your official Invoice & defect product/printing for replacement.
     
    2
    Replacement for the same item only, change of design, size & dimension will be treated as a chargeable item.

    Please allow normal production time for printing replacement.

    The customer should have their product/printing Quality & Quantity check upon collection. We shall not be responsible for any issue regarding product/printing Quality & Quantity once the product/printing out of office. (Example: quantity issue or damage due to external environmental factor, such as damage in transit, mishandling...etc)

    Warranty valid for 3 days from the date of collection, any claiming after this will not be entertain.

    Warranty does not cover malicious or inappropriate treatment. (Please check with our Customer Service about the appropriate use.)

    We have the right to refuse any replacement & reserve the right to final decision.
