    Disclaimer

    1.1 When it comes to Digital printing, the colour will be different due to the different model of printing machines, materials, toner, time, weather and humidity, there will be a 5%-15% colour different in printing the image on the material by using the same image file.
    1.2 Customers are suggested to print out a draft before printing. After receiving the drafts, customers are advised to confirm the artwork and print within the next 2 days.
    1.3 All printing colour should follow our colour standard, customers are not allowed to request for reprint or refund due to the colour difference between the product, screen shot in computer and drafts from other companies.
    1.4 Customers are required to check carefully for the quantity and quality of goods received, the return will not be accepted after customers’ acceptance of goods.
    1.5 In case of the reprint is necessary, only same products can be returned in any circumstances, no refund nor change of products, design nor specifications would be accepted.
    1.6 The One Inkjet withholds the right to destroy any finished goods which are not picked up within 30 days after completion of printing; The One Inkjet would not be responsible for any loss that caused in such circumstances and all pre-payment will not be refunded.
    1.7 The One Inkjet is not responsible for any submitted files that do not match with customer confirmed requirements, these include inconsistency with size / bleeding deficit / colour / cutting size / image resolution inadequate / lacking fonts, and etc.
    1.8 The One Inkjet would only keep the electronic files of customers for 30 days.
    1.9 Any allocation and provide login ID or password (hereinafter referred to as "User ID") are used for personal or commercial purposes. Subscriber or owner of such login account is made responsible for all statements and all acts.
    Subscriber will agree that when the user number is lost or stolen, or when confidentiality is violated, the account holder must immediately inform The One Inkjet. Account holder also expressly agrees that The One Inkjet based on password reminding and for the purpose to maintain our service and / or in accordance with an aggregate courts and / or government legal requirements to enter user’s account.
    1.10 Customers guarantee that their printing contents do not include any printed matters without the authorization of the copyright holders’ text, images, designs, trademarks, currency and bank note or any of the copyrighted work; customers have to ensure that prints will not infringe any third party rights, including copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy and also will not libel or defame any third party, and has obtained all necessary authorizations or permissions for third-party material into works of customers; customers guarantee that they have obtained all necessary permissions, rights and authorization of orders, and to authorize the printing of customers work; The One Inkjet will request customers to submit or produce relevant authority authorization for verification if necessary.
    1.11 If customers provided any printed contents which may involve in defamation, invasion of privacy, counterfeit, copy, reproduce, intellectual property infringement, indecent, obscene, infringe any third party rights, currency and bank note or breach of our laws, and other printed matter, The One Inkjet reserves the rights to refuse in printing. With the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The One Inkjet also will not be responsible or liable for the contents user nor any third party.
    1.12 Customers undertakes that if any person, group or institution for (i) breach of the terms of service, or (ii) any customers products in printed text, photos, images, graphics, or other materials covering or may be involved defamation, invasion of privacy, counterfeit, copy, reproduce, intellectual property infringement, indecent, obscene, infringe any third party rights, currency and bank note or violate our laws, the situation, and to make any form of litigation, claims, notification or take any action that will indemnify  The One Inkjet and its directors, officers and employees for any losses suffered, including but not limited to the relevant claims, losses, costs and reasonable attorneys' fees.
    1.13 The One Inkjet withholds the rights to make the final decision on producing or printing of any files or materials from customers.
    1.14 Full payment is required for all orders.
     
     

    Refund Policy

    2.1 Should customers wish to return any flawed product, all requests must be made within 3 days, and all returned goods must be in good conditions & description like quantity / packaging / accessories must be consistent with the invoice. Otherwise, no refund shall be made nor there will be any written off.
    2.2 Customers are required to arrange for all returns delivery.
    2.3 Returns request must be done during our business hours. No handling nor acceptance will be catered during non-operating hours.
    2.4 For any order claim, we will only reprint the order or refund the relevant amount. We are not liable for any other losses caused by using our services. 
    2.5 Refund will be returned via cheque.
     
     

    Artwork Requirements

    3.1 Colour standard of all printed materials should refer to our standard in colour management; please do not refer to the standard on any monitor, screen or printed manuscript. Artwork must be in CMYK, Bitmap or Grayscale mode. All RGB or Spot colours would be converted into CMYK for printing, should there be any variance induced, the colour standard of all printed materials should also refer to our standard in colour management as well. The One Inkjet will not be responsible for any colour shift dispute due to colour conversion.
    3.2 All text must be created in outline shape.
    3.3 Artwork should be created in actual size in 1:1 scale, and artwork's resolution should be set to 150 dpi. The One Inkjet will not be responsible for making any changes in the artworks.
    3.4 Double-sided Printing:1cm bleeding area is required.
    Others:No bleeding area is required.
    3.5 CMYK colouring should not be under 10%, if it includes black in colour, please set to (C:30%, M:30%, Y:30%, K:100%).
    3.6 Support software and file formats:
    • Software:Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
    • Support format:.jpg/.tiff/.ai/.pdf
    The One Inkjet reserves the right to amend these and relevant Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
    All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of The One Inkjet and the respective merchants.

    The One Inkjet takes users' privacy very seriously, the following privacy policy describes how we collect, handles, store, shares and protect personal data. We may update or change this policy and these changes will be posted on our websites.
     

    Applicability of This Policy

    1. This policy covers how we treat personal data collected, including data related to the use of our website and company services. Personal data is defined as personally identifiable information such as your name, address, e-mail address or phone number, and information which are not publicly available.
    2. This policy has no legal force on companies which are not own or affiliated with our company and is not applicable to any person who is not hired or managed by us.
     
     

    Collection and Usage of Personal Data

    1. Your personal data will be collected by us during registration of an account, use of our products or services, browsing our website.
    2. During registration, we would ask for your name, email address, birth date, surname, position and profession etc. In using some of our products or services, we would ask for other personal information such as telephone number, address, ID number and information related to your assets to identify you.
    3. We will receive and record server data automatically from your browser, including information and browsing record from internet protocol address (IP) and our cookies.
    4. We will use information for the following general purpose: to provide you with products and services, to improve our service, for contact purpose, for research and reports purpose.
     
     

    Your Privacy Rights

    1. In accordance with the terms of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (“the Ordinance”) and subject to exemptions specified in the Ordinance, any customer:

      (i) has the right to check whether we hold personal data about him or her and has a right to receive copies of such data;
      (ii) has the right to require us to correct any personal data relating to him or her which is inaccurate;
      (iii) has the right to ascertain our policies and practices in relation to personal data and to be informed of the kind of personal data held by us.
    2. In accordance with the terms of the Ordinance, we have the right to charge a reasonable fee for processing a data access request.
    3. Requests for access to personal data, correction of personal data, information relating to the kind of data held and to stop receiving or re-start receiving direct marketing, please identify yourself with your name, contact number, e-mail and registered account detail and e-mail to us.
     
     

    Disclosure and Sharing of Personal Data

    We would not rent, sell or disclose your personal data with other people or non-affiliated companies unless we get your permission, or provide you with your requested products and services or in the following circumstances:
     
    1. The personal data might be shared with some cooperation partners which have good faith or have signed a confidential agreement with us. Those companies might use your personal data to inform you the product and service about our company or our partners. However, these companies have no independent rights to share your personal data.
    2. We respond to subpoenas, court cries or legal procedures or in response to formulate or exercising our legal rights or defend the claims.
    3. We think it is necessary to share relevant information to help investigate, prevent or take action in illegal activities, suspected fraud, or events involving or threaten to personal safety, and to prevent breaking terms of use of The One Inkjet or illegal behaviour.
    4. If we were acquired or merged with other companies, we will hand over your relevant information. In this case, we will inform you before the handover and will be constrained by another piece of the privacy policy.
    5. We send out targeted advertisements according to the personal data. Advertisers (including advertising agencies) may assume all, who have interaction with the advertisement, watch or click the target advertisements meet the definition of target customers - for example, female between 18 and 24 years old in a region.
    6. We would not provide any users’ personal data to advertisers if you interact in or watch the target advertisement. However, by watching or interacting in the advertisement, advertisers may assume you meet the definition of target customers.
    7. Our advertisers included financial service providers (such as banks, insurance agents, stock brokers and Mortgage lenders) and non-financial companies (such as shops, airline and software companies).
    8. According to the setting, our company will display your personal data in your online account. Meanwhile, our company may also display your account ID or username on some occasions (such as forum or lucky draws).
     
     

    Transfer of Personal Data

    1. We may store, process and / or transfer the personal data to regions or countries out of Malaysia. Data may be transferred to member companies or business partners of us that selected carefully for data management and business purposes, especially for outsourcing institutions to handle the data.
    2. By browsing our website or using the services, we assume that you agree with us to transfer your data to regions or countries out of Malaysia.
     
     

    Cookie

    1. We would access to your PC to set and get our cookies.
    2. We would allow advertising agencies that launch advertisements in our website to access to your PC to set and get cookies. Privacy policy would be referred to those companies’ own privacy protection policy to use the cookies.
    3. When we undertaking jobs that related to our products or services, we would use web beacons to extract and use the cookies.
     
     

    Rights of Modifying and Delete Individual Account Data and Preferences Setting

    1. The user can update his / her account data anytime, including preferences setting.
    2. We reserve the rights to send you information such as service notifications, administration notice or company newsletter, the user does not have right to reject such information.
    3. The user can delete his / her account in our company website.
